Each of the items you see in my catalog has been painstakingly made by my hands.

I box and package all items very carefully to ensure safety during transit.

Once the carrier has your parcel, I am no longer responsible for it.

It is beyond my control if your package gets lost or damaged while in the shipping carrier's possession. Instances of loss or damage during transit are the sole reponsibility of the shipping carrier, and must be handled directly with them.

I automatically include insurance coverage up to $100 on every parcel I ship!
