  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    No, you can place an order without registration. But I highly recommend that you register to take advantage of any offers and promotions that are exclusive to registered members.
  • How do I create an account?
    Click on the graphic of the person on the upper right of any page, and you will be able to create an account. Fill out the form completely and click CREATE MY ACCOUNT when completed. A confirmation email will be sent to activate your new account.
  • How do I reset my password?
    Under the main dropdown menu to the upper left of the home page, select "Account". Click on "Forgot password?" on the right side of the Password Box. Enter the email address associated with your account. Hit "Recover".
  • How do I change my address or add an additional address?
    Log into your account. In the menu on the right side of your screen, click on EDIT ADDRESSES to change your current address or add a new address.

  • Do you provide order tracking information?
    Once you’ve placed your order, you will be sent a confirmation email immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. You will also receive a confirmation email providing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, check your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folder and it should be there.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    As soon I receive your order I start processing it. If the order has been submitted and I have started working on it then it can’t be changed or canceled.
  • Can I cancel my order?

  • Can I change the address that my order is shipped?
    If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, it may be possible to change the shipping address on your order. Send me an email with your order information and I'll see what I can do!
  • How can I track my order status?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will notified by email of the shipment status and including tracking information.
  • Do I get an order confirmation?
    Yes. Once you’ve placed your order, an order confirmation message, which will contain your order details, will be emailed to you. If an email does not appear to have been received, please check your spam folder.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    I accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diner's Club, Discover, Elo, Google Pay, JCB, MasterCard, Shop Pay, and Visa.
  • Is it safe to use my credit or debit card?
    The security of personal information is a high priority for me. I maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration and destruction of the personal information in my possession. Any information you transmit on my website is processed by an industry-standard data encryption system called Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
  • What if I entered the wrong shipping address for my order?
    If your order has not yet been processed in my shipping system, I may be able to modify your shipping address for you. If your order has already been processed for shipment or is already in transit, I unfortunately am not able to modify the shipping address. I kindly recommend that you contact your local post office to arrange for a possible address change or pick-up of the package.
  • My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
    For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact me.
  • Why isn't my custom order ready yet?
    I try to provide you with timeline estimates that are as accurate as possible, but sometimes pieces can take longer than anticipated to complete. This can be due to unexpected fabrication setbacks, difficulty sourcing or procuring project materials, shipping delays from vendors due to computer system problems or weather issues, or any number of other unforeseen circumstances. You are always welcome to write a quick email inquiring about your project, but if you haven't heard from me or gotten a shipping confirmation email, it likely means your project is not yet complete.

  • How much is the shipping?
    The shipping rates vary by your location and the size of your order. The easiest way to find out the exact shipping rate for your location and order is to go through the process of placing an order.
  • How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
    I begin processing your order immediately after it has been placed, however, I ask for 3-5 business days to prepare and ship your item. On made-to-order items, fabrication time is listed in the item description. If you are ordering a custom piece, I will discuss the fabrication time with you during the design process.
  • Shipping Insurance Policy
    Each of the items you see on my website has been painstakingly made by my hands. I box and package all items with very careful consideration to ensure safety during transit. As my customer, I hope you never suffer the bitter disappointment of receiving your new jewelry in damaged condition, or worse- not at all! It is, however, beyond my control if your package gets lost or damaged while in the shipping carrier's possession. To ensure you receive the value of your item(s) in the event of loss, theft or damage; I include shipping insurance on each parcel! If your order is lost, stolen or damaged, you will have the opportunity to make a claim with the shipping carrier for reimbursement.

    In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact me immediately so we can work toward the best solution.
  • What if I received a faulty or damaged item?
    If there is a clear fault in the product due to improper fabrication, I will absolutely make it right for you! If the product tis damaged, it means it was damaged in transit and not the fault or responsibility of Allie Perry Designs. I strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance so you can file a claim with the shipping carrier in the event of damage or loss. Please contact me immediately so we can work toward the best solution.

  • How do I know how big a piece is?
    I list the dimensions of my items in either millimeters (mm) or inches (“). Weights are listed in grams (g). For reference: 25.4mm = 1″ A United States Quarter is 24.26mm wide, 1.75mm thick, and weighs 5.67g. I try to be as accurate as possible, but weights and measurements are approximate. Please be sure to understand the dimensions and weight of the piece you are interesting in purchasing, as photos can sometimes be deceiving!
  • How often is inventory updated?
    It varies! Sometimes I make a few pieces at a time and list them as they are completed. Sometimes I make a larger collection or a themed collection and release them all at once. The frequency of new inventory releases is also affected by the number of current custom projects I'm working on. Your best bet is to sign up for my newsletter so be sure you get early notifications about new products. You can also follow @allieperrydesigns on Instagram, where I always show previews and give advance notice of upcoming shop updates.

    Nope! Rings are sold as-is.

    In the "Home" section of the main menu, you'll see a sub-menu called "Size Charts". That's where you'll find information to will help you determine your correct ring size.

    Business Days are Monday through Friday excluding these national holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. If I will be out of the shop for any extended period of time, it will be referenced on the announcement bar at the top of the home page!
  • Who works at Allie Perry Designs?
    I am a soloprenuer, so Allie Perry Designs is a small business in every sense of the word! I design and fabricate all of the jewelry shown on my website (with the exception of pendant chains) including polishing, cleaning, and quality control. I personally reply to all customer and material or stone vendor inquiries. I take my own product photos, handle my own social media presence, create all marketing material and manage all marketing campaigns, and run my own website. I manage my own inventory, and handle packaging and shipping. I source most of my stones individually, often working directly with the lapidary artists who cut them. I also maintain my studio and all of the tools in it. If there's anything else the business needs, you guessed it- I do it myself!
