Important Info

Allie Perry Designs is a one-woman operation, and I want to sincerely thank you for supporting my woman-owned small business. The awesome folks who buy my jewelry are the foundation of my livelihood, and the only reason I can make a living doing the work that I love. If you ever have an issue, please do not hesitate to reach out to me so I can help!

Return Policy

Because I am a very small independently operated business, I don’t have the capacity to handle returns and exchanges if you change your mind. Because of this, all sales are final.  When considering an item for purchase, please read the entire item description and view all photos before making a decision on purchasing. If you have any questions about the item regarding size, color, stone durability or absolutely anything else please don’t hesitate to send me a quick email and ask! I am always happy to answer questions and provide additional information if you need it!

Custom Orders

Upon project completion, you will be emailed a link to a private listing, as well as a case-sensitive password. You will be able to review your item for final approval and add it to your cart!

Sourcing

I do my absolute best to ensure that the metals and stones used in my jewelry are ethically sourced. I work only with responsible suppliers who are open and honest about their material sources or countries of origin. Some items, like sea glass, I source myself!

If I use the term “diamond(s)” in any product description, I am referring to natural, mined diamonds. If you would prefer I fabricate your custom piece using Lab Created diamonds, I would be more than happy to try to accommodate that request. Simply purchase a CUSTOM DESIGN to get started.

Earth-friendly Packaging

We only get one planet, and I happen to like the one we’ve got, so I do everything I can to protect it!

Your jewelry will be shipped in a box appropriate for safety during shipping, and perfect for storage or other reuse!

My boxes use recycled paper (100% post-consumer fiber) over a 100% recycled cardboard box (made with 90% post-consumer fiber and 10% pre-consumer fiber).

My box inserts and white tissue paper are made from no less than 30% post-consumer paper.

My brown kraft paper used as packing material is frequently reused from shipments I receive, but any kraft paper I purchase is 100% recycled.

The ocean-themed tape I use on the outside of the box is brown kraft paper tape that has been reinforced with plant based string. It is 100% biodegradable & compostable!

If you happen to get bubble wrap or other plastic packing materials, it is because I am reusing material I received in a shipment- I encourage you to reuse it as well! It can take some plastics up to 1000 years to decompose in a landfill, if they don’t end up in the ocean first, so we must all do our part to protect our planet.

Reuse and Recycling of Materials

Many metals are extremely recyclable. Whenever possible, I recycle my (or my customer’s) metal scraps to create new, usable metal. These “scraps” are frequently clean, unused bits of metal from edges or corners of other projects, but they can include old jewelry items supplied by customers. I have spent years of my career successfully repurposing jewelry and metals supplied by my customers into brand new pieces of jewelry, allowing them to not only save money, but also incorporate heirloom pieces that have been handed down to them.

Diamonds and gemstones, provided they are in reasonable condition, can also be reused in a new setting. It means we can take that piece that you never reach for in your jewelry box, and reset the stones into a piece you will love to wear! Once again, this saves you money, and allows you to use stones of sentimental value in fresh new pieces.
