Return Policy

I know firsthand that shopping online can be tricky! Colors or sizes can be difficult to understand when we're only seeing them on our phone or computer screen.

When considering an item for purchase, please read the entire item description and view all photos before making a decision on purchasing. If you have any questions about the item regarding size, color, stone durability or absolutely anything else please don’t hesitate to ask! 

Use the Contact Allie form and let me know which item you are interested in and any questions you may have. I will do my absolute best to help you understand all of the details of the piece you have your heart set on!

I am always happy to answer questions and provide additional information if you need it!

Since I do take special care in including size measurements, weights, and various photographs for each product, and I will offer any help you need regarding additional product information, all sales are final. 

 

Shipping Insurance Policy

Each of the items you see on my website has been painstakingly made by my hands. I box and package all items with very careful consideration to ensure safety during transit. 

As my customer, I hope you never suffer the bitter disappointment of receiving your new jewelry in damaged condition, or worse- not at all! It is, however, beyond my control if your package gets lost or damaged while in the shipping carrier's possession.

Once the carrier has your parcel, I am no longer responsible for it.

Instances of loss or damage during transit are the sole reponsibility of the shipping carrier, and must be handled directly with them.

For your peace of mind, I automatically include insurance coverage up to $100 on every parcel I ship! This ensures you receive the value of your item(s) or up to $100 (whichever is smaller) in the event of loss, theft or damage, at the discretion of the shipping carrier.

If you'd like to add additional insurance to your parcel, please email me with details so I can provide a quote for any additional charges.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash.

Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

Your gift card can be used on merchandise through allieperrydesigns.com only.

Gift card balances do not expire.

Gift Cards are non-transferrable.

Only the purchaser and the recipient can use the gift card. The name on the transactions must match or the order will be immediately cancelled. This prevents misuse of the card from unauthorized parties.

Gift cards purchased anywhere other than allieperrydesigns.com are not valid and will not be accepted.
